Residential property prices in Slovenia in the 1st quarter of 2020 increased by an average of 1.1% higher than in the 4th quarter of 2019.
Secondary real estate sales were the lowest in five years. But at the same time, the number of sales of new real estate also remained low.

- In Slovenia as a whole, prices for new residential real estate rose 0.1% higher compared to the previous quarter.
- Average prices for secondary residential real estate increased by an average of 1.2% compared to the 4th quarter of 2019.
- In the 1st quarter of 2020, prices for secondary real estate in Ljubljana increased by 0.9% compared to the previous quarter.
- Residential property prices in the 1st quarter of 2020 were on average 5.5% higher than in the same quarter last year.
