Existing houses recorded the strongest annual price growth, at 13.2%. New apartments, by contrast, became 6.9% cheaper year-on-year. These figures reflect price movements across each category as a whole, not changes in the price of every individual property.
Ljubljana and Other Regions
Over the year, prices of existing apartments increased by:
- Ljubljana: +6.2%
- Maribor: +13.6%
- Rest of Slovenia: +12.9%
Price growth in Ljubljana was noticeably lower than in Maribor and other regions. This highlights the importance of local market conditions when assessing property values.
The Property Transaction Market Picks Up
