ALTUM CAPITAL predstavlja prostorno in atmosfersko polovico najbolj znanega piranskega hostla – tistega, kjer gostje preživljajo večere na prostrani 50-metrski terasi pod trto in se fotografirajo na avtentičnem piranskem kamnitem dvorišču.
Hostel s površino 140 m² + 50 m² terase/atrija je delujoč in bo svojemu novemu lastniku ustvarjal prihodek že od prvega dne:
– 6 velikih in svetlih sob z 32 posteljami.
– Velika skupna kuhinja v pritličju.
– Razkošna 50 m² velika terasa z neposrednim dostopom iz pritličja je glavna značilnost hostla, kjer potekajo vse zabave in zajtrki.
– V pritličju so tri sobe.
– Mezanin z ločeno kopalnico, kurilnico, sušilnico, shrambo za kolesa in dostopom do majhne terase.
– Drugo in mansardno nadstropje vsebujeta tri sobe, kopalnico in shrambo.

Hostel je bil leta 2017 popolnoma prenovljen, z novimi tlemi, stenami, okni ter vsemi električnimi in vodovodnimi napeljavami.
Hostel uspešno deluje že sedem let in si prisluži odlične ocene ter zveste stranke. Nahaja se v središču starega mestnega jedra Pirana – 70 metrov od morja in tri minute hoje od Tartinijevega trga. V bližini so vse restavracije, plaže in glavne mestne znamenitosti.
